I assist with personal care, bathing, grooming, making and planning meals, running errands, administer meds or med reminders. I'm big into safety and I help my clients improve their balances if they are able to do exercises. I also will do their Physical therapy with my clients if needed. I enjoy the company of seniors and do companion care or high end care. I've worked with persons who have various health issues, including dementia, post stroke care, heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, osteoporosis.
