About Helen

I work with children and adolescents ages 6-18 at Elmcrest Children's Center, providing consistent supervision, structure, and support in a residential setting. I have over 12 years of experience working with developmentally disabled children and adults, and I bring a patient, trauma-informed, and dependable approach to my work. I am professional, reliable, and safety-focused, with strong communication and teamwork skills. In my primary role, I am also responsible for cooking and cleaning, ensuring a safe, organized, and supportive environment for those in my care. I take pride in maintaining routines, meeting individual needs, and creating a stable atmosphere where children and individuals can feel secure and supported.
