About Helen

I'm currently employed assisting adults with Down syndrome & intellectual disabilities. I'm also a mom to a 28-year-old that was diagnosed with Asperger's when she was 3. I have all my credentials, CPR, AED, First Aid, FBI background check, child abuse clearance. With two decades of experience caring for children of all ages, I'm passionate about providing a nurturing and engaging environment. My previous babysitting roles solidified my desire to support families by offering reliable childcare. I'm patient, calm, creative, and approachable. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents using their preferred method. I am comfortable caring for up to four children. I am willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, and carpooling. I find immense joy in watching children learn and grow, and I look forward to the opportunity to connect with your family.
