I communicate with families through regular text or phone call updates, as well as verbal updates during visits. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion with a calm approach. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I have some college education, and I'm comfortable with pets.
