My mom was in Hospice care and two days after hiring Helena she had a change in condition. She is knowledgeable and handled it well. She is personable, professional and has plenty of experience. She is able to recognize and call or foresee a problem. Unfortunately my mom expired but the days she did care for her she was very concerned about doing everything for her to be happy.
