About Helena

I'd describe my personality as a very laid back, responsible, and caring! I like working with animals because I have always had a big heart for them. I have always had animals growing up and I don't have any right now that I'm in college, so I love to look after other's pets and treat them like my own! I've worked in animal shelters, helping care for them and just spending time with them. I started overnight pet sitting for families when I was about 15 years old. I did it while I was still in school, but right now I'm not working or in school, so I'm available mostly full time! I'm good with understanding pet behavior and body language and knowing how to respond to it. I'm very patient with animals and good at working with different pet personalities. I actually have lived in Asia for most of my life due to my parents work and so I have volunteered at different animal shelters and care centers and have learned how to handle pets that have come from harder situations and strays.
