About Helena

The first day I met Helena she walked around my dads home and told me that the couch and microwave “had to go”. My father was sleeping on a couch in the family room and she said he needed a different couch and recommended a recliner on Amazon for $299. Then she found another brand new local recliner for $90 and already texted the seller without even discussing this with anyone of 6 family members. She then proceeded to cook chicken for him everyday until my father asked her to stop making chicken. One day I called my father at dinner, as I work in another state, and he told me he was eating Perogies which he didn’t like. Last week he had a doctor’s appointment for a hospital follow up visit with his doctor who was retiring from his practice in a few days. Helena refused to take my father to this appointment stating “my car is too small.” She has a full size Cadillac. She also has a cell phone that doesn’t work. Unfortunately my father’s landline isn’t working at the present time (during the holidays) and we are waiting for it to be repaired. I have no way of communicating with my father because she doesn't even have a working cell phone.(apparently its text only) Unfortunately, my brother and sister chose Helena to care for my father without my input.
