We had such a wonderful experience with Helen. She is caring, responsible, and so attentive with the kids. From the moment she arrived, she made them feel comfortable and engaged them in fun activities instead of just putting on a screen. I really appreciated her punctuality, great communication, and the way she kept me updated without me even having to ask. It gave me complete peace of mind knowing my children were safe and happy.
