Very organized and energetic. Spent ~40 hours a week watching our little man while we were at work. Flexible hours and extremely self motivated. We didn't have to ask her to do anything specific, she had him up early and outdoors in the cool mornings, fed him and got his naps at regular times and helped transition him out of the bedroom and into his crib upstairs so that he stayed on the schedule for us. She would update our baby app with all the info and add little pictures so that we could see some of the things he was doing during the day. We had used a sitter before with less motivation so we would come home and wash bottles and clean up from the day so it was extremely tiring with work and the baby's evening schedule, but Helda washed everything, would prepare foods for him so that we would have extra for a few days and then while he napped- organized our pantry, closets, folded laundry. She also has worked with several of my coworkers as well and is appreciated by them too
