About Helayna

Dedicated and compassionate caregiver with extensive experience working with individuals of all ages and abilities. Starting at 17, I provided in-home care for a handicapped girl through a state program, where I was responsible for meal preparation, weekend respite, outings, bathing, medication management, and personal care. This experience taught me the importance of patience, understanding, and effective communication. Additionally, I have experience caring for my younger brother from infancy to age 10, which further developed my nurturing skills. I have also worked with adult individuals with special needs, providing support and care. I am trained in fire safety, CPR, and caregiving 101, and I am eager to apply my skills and experience to a new role. As a caregiver, I am committed to providing personalized attention and support to help individuals thrive. My experience has equipped me with the skills to adapt to unique needs and circumstances.
