About Helaena

Hello! I recently graduated from the University of San Diego with a degree in Biology and am currently preparing for PA school. I enjoy running, lifting, and playing soccer, and I have over 8 years of childcare and caregiving experience. Growing up in a large family and helping care for my brother with Down syndrome gave me a passion for working with children and individuals with special needs. In addition to babysitting for multiple families, I worked for the City of Roseville leading day camps for elementary-aged children, where I supervised activities, ensured safety, and created a fun and positive environment. I am reliable, patient, and energetic. I can assist with meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, errands, grocery shopping, transportation, swimming supervision, crafts, travel, homework assistance, and daily routines. I look forward to providing compassionate, dependable care and building meaningful relationships with the families I work with.
