I am a dedicated and experienced childcare professional with 18 years of experience caring for children from newborn through preschool age. I am passionate about providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and feel supported. I hold an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education and have experience teaching children ages 2-5 in a private school setting. I am also bilingual and fluent in Spanish. I am dependable, trustworthy, organized, patient, and attentive. I value open communication with parents and enjoy creating developmentally appropriate activities, encouraging learning through play, As a caregiver, I believe consistency and collaboration are essential to providing excellent care and support , maintaining consistent routines, and supporting children's independence.
