Making a difference in someone's life is what I strive for every day. As a former Certified Nursing Assistant and Medical Assistant with three years of experience, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I provide a variety of services, including personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I am also experienced in memory care activities. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and redirect attention when needed. I'm BLS certified by the AmericanHeartAssociation, and I communicate with families through verbal updates, text, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. Earning a patient's trust and treating them with dignity is important to me. I'm professional, detail-oriented, patient, and calm.
