I've been an Instructional Aide for 14 years and also a Child Care Manager for 8 years. My most recent employment has been with a family with two children; I was with the family for 10 years. I really enjoy working with children and am in constant awe of the never ending antics they bestow upon us. They have continued to make me laugh, cry, and enjoy life through the sheer simplicity of their laughter. I have a great rapport with children - as my daily conversations have mainly been with children for most of my life, lol! I am continually rewarded with their pure innocence and "matter of fact" views on life as seen from their eyes.
