I've been caring for children most of my life-I started as a mother's helper at age 8 and began babysitting on my own at 12 for many neighborhood families. I love creating fun, engaging experiences-whether that's sharing stories, singing songs, or coming up with creative games both indoors and outside. I'm also a mom of two-one heading off to college this fall and another in high school-so I bring plenty of real-life parenting experience to the table. I'm currently looking for some extra babysitting opportunities to help support my daughter's college expenses. One of my favorite things to offer is bringing along a personalized bag of library books for your child, tailored to their interests. I'm happy to help with light cooking, tidying up, and keeping your home running smoothly while you're out. Heidi is the best! We’ve been incredibly lucky to have such a wonderful babysitter care for our children over the years. She has watched our kids were infants, and her warmth, patience, and genuine love for children have been clear from the very beginning. She has a natural gift for engaging kids in meaningful ways, whether she’s singing songs, reading stories, or coming up with fun, creative activities that keep them happily occupied. Our children absolutely adore her and always look forward to the time they spend together. What stands out most is her calm and kind demeanor. She handles challenges with patience and helps the kids work through problems in a thoughtful, supportive way. We always feel completely at ease knowing they are in such capable and caring hands. I can’t recommend her highly enough to any family looking for someone trustworthy, nurturing, and truly exceptional with children.
