About Heidi

Hello! My name is Heidi, and I have over 10 years of experience as a stay-at-home mom, where I've gained extensive hands-on experience caring for children of all ages. For several years, I also owned and operated a licensed home daycare, providing a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for multiple children at once. In addition to childcare, I have valuable experience working with individuals with special needs, including adults on the autism spectrum. I also have experience with individuals with Dementia. This has helped me develop strong skills in patience, adaptability, and providing individualized support to meet each person's unique needs. I am responsible, reliable, and truly enjoy creating a positive environment for those I care for. Whether it's helping children learn and grow, or supporting individuals with special needs in their daily routines, I approach every role with compassion and dedication.
