Heidi is kind, thoughtful, dependable, thorough, and the list goes on! She cares for our son like he is one of her own. She is a great communicator and always keeps me updated on how my son is doing throughout the day. She is generous and knows how to handle discipline in a way that is age-appropriate and will create lifelong skills for the children she cares for.
