Was 30 years ago medical tech. Also 3rd helping 94-year-old just passed away. 45 year experience child care newborn to adult. Multiple other senior care .. No heavy lifting or transportation. Companionship help also bathing.

Heidi is able to do some basic care functions. She needs someone around to make sure everything goes ok or explicit instructions. When something goes wrong, she might blame the senior she is caring for. But the point of senior care is that she is going to make sure things go well like setting up medications.
