I'm compassionate and patient. I feel a good caregiver goes beyond providing physical care. I try to understand the emotional well-being of the person I'm caring for. I feel communication is very important. I have found that when you're open, clear, and straightforward, it reduces misunderstandings and conflict. Caring for people can be a very rewarding experience in many ways. The most rewarding benefit is the relationship developed and to make a positive difference in people's lives. I want to work in a positive and respectful environment. I have been a caregiver for over 10 years. I work well independently or with others, Im reliable, and hardworking. My skills are nurse delegation, CPR/first aid, medication technician, dementia, personal hygiene, meal prep, and housekeeping, manual hoyer lift/ceiling lift, and working with paralysis.
