About Heidi

Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is truly important to me. With several years of experience, I provide respite care, transportation, personal care, and more. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care and will encourage physical activities. I have a college degree and am certified in CPR and First Aid. I have comleted a home health aid course but didn't fwel comfortable staying with the agency long enough to get the certificate. I communicate with families using their preferred method, often through written daily reports. Earning your trust is my priority when building a connection. My compassionate and professional nature allows me to support your loved one's well-being. Additionally, am comfortable with pets. I would love to bring my dedication and understanding to your family.
