I had Heidi do a deep cleaning on my house and she did a excellent job.  She was very professional and respectful of my home.  She was very responsive to communications and texted to confirm several times.  She arrived right when she said she would and worked hard all day. Hired at good pay rate. Was supposed to show up on a Thursday, if not then on Saturday. Never showed up, nor called, nor emailed me. Hired because of all the good ratings.
