Heidi is an amazing caregiver. She took care of my mom for several years leading up to her passing. Not only does she do a great job with the day-to-day responsibilities and brings a lot of expertise to them, she developed a really strong relationship with my mom. This helped to boost her mood and keep her happy. Heidi goes over and beyond to get to know the person she's taking care of and genuinely enjoys what she does. I'll never forget how she made my Mom laugh. I highly recommend her.
