Heidi is confident and competent handling me as I have limited use of my hands and arms only. She is responsible for medicating, hand feeding, dressing, toileting, skin/wound care and Hoyer transfers to my electric wheelchair. From the very first day she jumped in, unafraid to deal with all my "challenges". In addition; she is fun and friendly and brightens my day!
