She is the best! We found her, when our 5 month old was suffering from her previous daycare provider, and she had been taking care of our little one til our little one turns into 12 months. 1. First of all, she loves kids, and always provides cares in the sincerest way; We could always feel like our little one is with her granny. 2. always has been punctual on time; this was important to us as working parents 3. Always open to parents' concern, and reflects them quickly. I think this really helped us ramping up smoothly. Our family is about to move out of town, so had to let her go... really hope to find someone like her in our new place!
