From March 2008 until Sept 2009 I took care of Mr. Brooke Z. (42 years old). He had a brain injury and was handicapped. From November 2009 until August 2010 I took care of Mrs. Gail B. (91 years old). Both were evening shifts from 10:30 p.m. til 6:30 a.m. Basically my job descriptions consisted with diet monitoring, companionship and conversation, laundry and linen washing, answering the door or phone, meal planning and preparation, personal grooming, help with going in to the bathroom and changing, dressing, medication reminders, or in few words making their lives a lot more easy and comfortable. I really enjoyed my favorite part, which was the conversations and the smiles I saw on them every time.
