I have some college experience and Early Child Development Coursework. I also hold current First Aid Training and CPR Training certifications. I communicate with parents through written daily reports, verbal communication, and regular updates via text or phone call. I always follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Heaven. She is both CPR certified and autism certified, and her training truly shows in the care she provides. She has helped me countless times with my oldest, who is autistic, and she has always been patient, understanding, and incredibly supportive. Heaven consistently goes above and beyond for everyone around her. She brings a calm, reassuring presence, and you can feel the genuine care she puts into everything she does. When you’re with her, you know without a doubt that you’re in good hands. I’m so grateful for all she’s done for my family. She is truly exceptional!!
