Hello wonderful families! I'm looking to start a new full-time position in January. I have tons of kindness, support & experience to offer. With a background in behavioral health, I use open dialogue with kiddos and encourage natural consequences. Creating a safe space for them to explore, learn and connect with themselves, others and nature, is my main priority. My most recent experience is with the 2 months - 3 years age range. I am extremely comfortable with providing care and guidance during those early, exciting months of change. I also LOVE animals. Heaven basically rocks. She is a very capable caregiver and a wonderful person to work with. Having her means not having to compromise between professional strength and genuine emotional connectedness to the kids. She's knowledgeable and pragmatic as well as very attuned. Her relationship with our son James is very strong, and he has learned a lot from her. She helped us understand how he is doing in different areas and where his needs might be. Also, again, she is a very cool person and has become a close friend to us. Whoever she works with next is a lucky family.

I cannot say enough good things about Heaven as a caregiver. She has been a vital part in helping my child develop motor skills, teaching patience, sharing and builds his confidence when he’s nervous to try something new.  She is on time, gives daily reviews, and is proactive with communication. 
Heaven has become more than just a caregiver to our child and we hope stays part of our lives after her time as a caregiver is over. 

Heaven has been with our son for over a year, and it’s been wonderful. She is absolutely amazing and very patient with our toddler. She has done a wonderful job focusing on enrichment and development as well as adapting to meet our son’s specific needs. She has a gift for play. He absolutely adores her, and she has gone above and beyond to help support us. Highly recommend!!

We have had Heaven as our nanny for what will be a year and a half and she has had our son since he was six months old. She has truly become part of the family, and we would trust her with him in any scenario. We will miss her terribly as our son goes to daycare and would definitely recommend her if you are thinking of hiring a nanny. I’m so glad we did! 

Working with Heaven has been an amazing experience! Her loving care and concern for our little one (and us!) was exactly what we needed from a nanny. She's timely, communicative, energetic, willing to be a thought partner around baby's needs, and has a love of learning that means she's always growing as a caregiver. She gives her whole self everyday she's with us, and it shows in the relationship she has built with our little one. 

Heaven has been babysitting our child since he was under 1 yo. She is our child’s favorite and it’s easy to see why — she’s thoughtful, attentive, fun, and also comforting. She’s always on time, responsive and reliable. 

We absolutely love working with Heaven. She’s super caring and responsive with our son, very knowledge, and a joy to share our home with while we WFH because she’s also just a fun, smart, and kind person. As first time parents, she’s genuinely helped us become better parents and made the transition back to work so seamless for us. We feel so lucky to have found her!

Heaven is the whole package when it comes to childcare. She is very communicative, kind, fun, and knowledgable. She was incredible about getting to know our routine and sticking to it to keep consistency for our little guy, and she always asked great questions about how we wanted things done. She is warm and lovely to have around, which is a bonus for us parents. I highly recommend Heaven, and will gladly give a glowing reference for her any time.

Heaven is amazing! She was a nanny to our 2 year old and 4 year old and instantly became a part of our family.

Heaven has wonderful open communication.  She has a unique ability to connect so well with children and brought so much energy and excitement each day.  My kids absolutely loved having her come each day and would scream with excitement each morning when they saw her arrive.

She is very knowledgeable with regards to children's needs and aware of children's emotions and helping them work through them when needed.

Heaven was great at balancing both my children's needs and working with both for their learning and development appropriate for their ages.
She truly loved our kids and we felt so good about leaving them in her care each day.  We still keep in touch and our whole family loves to connect with her still.

Heaven was a wonderful addition to our family. Heaven not only helped care for our 2 and 4 year old but she also ran errands for us during the day. Heaven was always on time and had a great uplifting attitude. The kids loved her!!! We were sad when we moved we couldn't take her with us.

She is extremely friendly and my kids absolutely adored her! She is the only person that me and my husband have called back multiple times to watch the kids other than their grandmother, highly recommend. You'll love her.

She's amazing and so attentive to my child! She made me feel as if he was one of hers! super grateful to find someone like her & now I can't wait for more date nights with hubby!
