Heather has been a godsend! She took time in the beginning to get to know what our cleaning needs are and does a super job every time she comes. My wood floors have never looked better! She is easy to communicate with, very thorough, and always reliable. She has also been extremely kind to my family including my children and three dogs. I wish I had more time to describe in detail all of the great things she does around here, but suffice it to say she is a bright, kind, reliable person who has shown herself to be the consummate professional!

Heahrer is a great communicator and she listens to what you want. She is a skilled, experienced and thorough cleaner.

I regret to write this review, as I really thought heather would be a great fit. After having a great first conversation, we had her over for our first clean. I sent all of the home information and she informed me that our first clean would be $425 and she said it would take her about 8 hours. Which I thought was a lot but we’ve had cleaners come in pairs to take 3-4 hours so I thought no way it’ll take 8 hours but maybe she takes her time to get to know the house. I believe it took about 3-3.5 hrs on the first clean and it was pretty good.   We’ve had three cleans since and they continued to get shorter, albeit the second to last clean we did only ask for main level, and more and more got missed. For thursday 2/27 she was supposed to be over at 930/10 am and was late but didn’t inform me until 9:50 that she’d be there at 10:45. Finally at 11:03am I asked what her ETA was and she did not respond but arrived shortly after that. For Thursday 3/6 she confirmed that 930/10 am was good but later that day said she had to bump me to 1230 then at 11:46am on 3/6 she told me she could do noon. 

I’m somewhat flexible but also running my own business and I want to be able to expect when someone will be entering my home, ya know?  There were also things that were not cleaned well during the two middle cleanings that I had to bring up. I understand it’s a learning curve and I offered to buy a new duster and mop and whatever she needed. I also supply my own products because I’m sensitive to chemicals and fragrance so she didn’t have to spend money on products. 

After today’s clean there was a lot still dirty. A toilet that was not cleaned. Multiple areas not dusted. The kitchen counters were still crumby and the sink was not cleaned. 

It was just a real bummer to have someone come help and it not be cleaned. I sent photos and instead of apologizing for missing so much, she just told me we weren’t a good fit. She did offer $25 off the $190 weekly fee for todays cleaning, but I feel like I paid well more than I should have for this cleaning PLUS I paid over $400 for the initial cleaning, which was the only solid cleaning we received.  I accept that we aren’t a good fit, I’m just a bit upset that we made such a large up front investment for cleanings to be sub par. 

I really like heather, but unfortunately skimming over our home in 2 hours or less for nearly $200 a week just did not work out for us :-(

Heather was outstanding! She first helped me organize my home which was easy and fun under her guidance. She then did a deep clean and I LOVED how she carefully worked and made my home wonderful again. She was excellent at communication and I highly recommend her.

Heather really helped me out when I was in a pinch the week before a party. We spoke on the phone and she was willing to take my needs into consideration while being very clear about her capabilities and usual protocols. She was so friendly right from the first conversation and I was happy to hire her. She is a great communicator and was at my house exactly when she said she would be. She was great with my cats and dog and got the job done thoroughly and efficiently. I would definitely hire Heather again and would recommend her to anyone in need of a trustworthy, dependable cleaning service.

Heather is AMAZING! She gave me my house back! She’s thorough and efficient.  More importantly, she’s thoughtful and kind. I could not have asked for someone better to come in my life. 

Heather is an incredible housekeeper. She meets every need from bathrooms and floors all the way down to making sure our baseboards, banisters, ceiling fans and blinds are clean. Could not be happier with her work. We have hired her weekly. 

I hired Heather to do a deep clean and then regular cleanings. She has done a great job cleaning and helping me get my cluttered house back on track. She is always responsive to requests and communications. Likewise, she is flexible with scheduling, which is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend her for both deep clean and everyday jobs. 

Heather is fantastic! You can tell she really cares about your family and home. She pays attention to the small details, and listens to specific concerns around the house. 

Hired Heather and scheduled a cleaning, got a call 5 minutes before the scheduled cleaning and she stated she needed to reschedule and she would reach out later that day. Been almost a week and no reschedule. Very unreliable and unprofessional. 

Heather was very responsive and accommodating. She did a wonderful job in my home. As soon as I walked into the room(s) she cleaned it smelled clean (but not chemically), and looked wonderful. Highly recommend Heather!

Heather is an absolute ray of sunshine. She is very sweet and open minded in addition to doing a great and quick job with the house keeping. My 2 bedroom apartment had gone 6 years without a deep clean while living here and she blasted through it in about 4.5 hours! It feels so much better here now and is ready for the painting and redecorating I'm about to do. Thanks a million, Heather! Can't wait to have you back to show you how the place looks when I'm done with everything!

Heather is amazing!! She came in and we instantly clicked. We busted out almost my entire home and had music playing and talked about everything under the sun. You WANT her for your housekeeping needs!!!
