About Heather

Hello Vancouver Washington parents! I am looking for a position working with one to three infants and or toddlers no more than four days a week. I have years of experience working as a nanny and I have also worked in a nanny share with three to for infants and toddlers. I truly love this work which is why I do it. I have completed an ECE course and have two years experience working as the lead teacher in an accredited preschool teaching the three's class. Before Covid-19 I was the director of a volunteer organization working closely with children ages 0-18. It is not uncommon for kids to tell me that I am like a teacher or that I should work with kids. I am creative and engaging. I know how to communicate and set clear boundaries that allow children to feel safe to learn and grow. I have references that would love to talk to you and share the great work I have done for them and with their sweet little ones. Let's talk!
