About Heather

Hi families! I'm Heather, and I'm excited to connect with you and your little ones. I've worked with children since age 12, starting as a church nursery volunteer, and have cared for toddlers through school-aged kids in childcare and church settings. At Bright Beginnings Children's Center and Chesapeake Church, I supported toddlers and preschoolers in building independence and reaching key developmental milestones. More recently, I worked in pediatric dentistry, caring for children ages 1-16 and promoting healthy habits. As a mom to a 21-year-old, I bring real-life parenting experience, patience, and understanding. I enjoy walking, working out, reading, and spending time with family.
