I can’t say enough wonderful things about Heather! She’s incredibly reliable, always arrives on time, and communicates clearly before and during each visit. From the very first day, she was amazing with my child, engaging, playful, and attentive. He absolutely lights up when she arrives and even cries when she has to leave! She makes sure he’s happy, fed, and well cared for, and if she’s ever unsure about something, she always checks in. I was nervous about leaving him for the first time, but she’s given me so much peace of mind and confidence. I completely trust her and feel so comfortable knowing he’s in such caring hands.
