About Heather

I've spent the last 20 years working with children in homes, clinics, specialized schools, and public schools. I've cared for kids across the spectrum and at every age, from toddlers to teens, including those with tough behaviors and big challenges. My experience as an RBT gave me the skills to step into almost any situation and provide calm, steady, and consistent care. I work best one-on-one, where I can give full attention to the child in front of me. Parents can count on me to respect their rules, keep communication clear, and create a space where their child feels safe and supported. I've completed Early Child Development coursework and keep my First Aid and CPR certifications up to date. This is the work I've dedicated my life to, and I take pride in doing it well. Families know when they hire me, they're getting experience, reliability, and someone who truly understands how to help children thrive.
