Ever since we've begun communications with Heather in hopes to find a loving caregiver for our daughter, she has been so wonderful. She was such a pleasure over the initial phone screen and email communication. We then invited her to an on-site interview to meet with our daughter, and she brought a specially-crafted developmental toy/project for our daughter with her! It was so touching and meant a lot that she took the time to research more about our daughter's condition. Heather was extremely punctual and arrived early for the interview. Not only is Heather a kind, sweet, caring person, she is passionate about caring for others and brings a depth of knowledge and creativity with her. We are in hopes to have Heather come work with our daughter next week to see if it could be a long-term fit. So far, Heather has been so reliable, knowledgeable, and extremely communicative ever since we engaged in conversations with her. She is a genuinely sweet person; blessed to have met her :-).
