Heather was incredibly responsive and helpful when a previously booked babysitter couldn't watch our infant as planned. Finding a sitter last minute can be stressful but Heather made it so easy and I'm glad it all worked out this way, because Heather was fantastic! Our little one is in the stage where she cries if she's not with mom or dad; however, she lit up and went right to Heather the first time she saw her. Heather is a great communicator and took excellent care of our daughter. Looking forward to having her sit for us again soon!
