My 8-year-old daughter has an auditory processing disorder and attends a private school for neurodivergent kids-she's thriving, but tuition has left me stretched thin. I work as a property manager in Ann Arbor with a flexible daytime schedule and am seeking a co-living arrangement (ideally 1-2 years, but even 6 months helps) while I save toward a home. In exchange for a room, I can offer childcare (overnight, drop-offs/pick-ups as possible), cooking, laundry, and housekeeping. I'm safe, reliable, and trustworthy; no smoking, occasional wine. We're Mormon but open to all faiths or none. If the room is a guest room, I'm flexible with visiting family. Hoping to move before the new year.

Heather is great with kids of all ages! Both of my children love when she comes to watch them. She has been watching my children since they were 7 and 9. One of the things I love about her watching the children is that she keeps them active (which isn't so easy with my oldest daughter). She's always taking them for a walk or to the park, which is great. She's also helped out with meals, overnight care, and transportation! Definitely hire!
