About Heather

Unlocking a student's unique potential is the foundation of my teaching philosophy. I specialize in creating an engaging, patient environment where I empower you to master critical thinking and problem-solving skills. By actively observing how you interact with new material, I tailor my methods--whether through visual aids, hands-on activities, or open discussion--to suit your specific needs. I keep lessons motivating by connecting complex topics to your personal interests and celebrating every small success along the way. I believe that open, consistent communication between us is essential to building the trust necessary for your academic growth. Nothing is more rewarding than witnessing your "aha!" moment when a difficult concept finally clicks. I hold a college degree and am eager to support your journey across a wide range of subjects. I truly look forward to helping you reach your goals and watching your confidence soar.
