I taught preschool in a classroom for 18yrs then went into private teaching for 7yrs. Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, and I am dedicated to making a positive impact on the families I support. With 18+years of experience, I offer reliable, patient, and creative care for up to four children, ranging from infants to pre-teens. My background includes Early Childhood Education and Child Development Associate (CDA) coursework, which informs how I engage children through educational games, puzzles, and outdoor physical activities. I am also comfortable enforcing household rules and assisting with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and crafts. I hold CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications to ensure a safe environment. I am happy to communicate through your preferred method to keep you updated on your child's day. I have a car and love welcoming pets into our daily adventures. I look forward to becoming a trusted partner in your family's life.
