My kids love when Heather watches them. I have a 5-year-old nonverbal autistic son and a 12-year-old boy, and she is wonderful with both of them. She is reliable, arrives on time, and communicates well. My son can be very particular about people, and he is comfortable and happy with her, which says a lot. She is patient, kind, and attentive, and I feel at ease knowing my kids are in good hands with her. I would absolutely recommend her to other families.
