About Heather

Hi, my name is Heather. Caring for others has always come naturally to me-it's both my passion and my purpose. I have a clinical background as an LVN, graduating from Carrington College, and I've also been a primary caregiver for my father, who has Chronic Kidney Disease. I'm positive, helpful, organized, and productive. I've worked with seniors through Care from the Heart, where I coordinated care, conducted check-ins, took vitals, managed glucose levels, and helped create care plans with physicians and families. My experience includes meal prep, light housekeeping, doctor visits, exercise assistance, and most importantly-companionship. I believe in treating every individual with respect, kindness, and compassion, especially in the later seasons of life. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis with my son, gardening, watching movies, and walking in nature. I have a heart for people and truly enjoy learning about their stories and interests.
