About Heather

Heather has been an essential support for my 90-year-old mother over the last 18 months, and she is truly a rare find in the caregiving field. My mother is a very independent person, but she bonded with Heather immediately. She often speaks of how sweet and helpful Heather is, which speaks volumes about the comfort level they’ve built. What stands out most about Heather is her incredible initiative. While her primary focus for us has been assisting with medical appointments, she treats the role with a level of dedication that goes far beyond simple transportation. On her own suggestion, she often accompanies my mother into her appointments to take detailed notes and relay important information back to me. This proactive advocacy has provided our family with immense peace of mind and ensures nothing is ever 'lost in translation' with doctors. Beyond her professionalism, Heather is remarkably thoughtful and a great listener. After learning through their conversations that my mother loves dogs, she reached out to me to see if she could bring her new puppy by for a visit. That kind of personal touch made my mother’s day and shows how much she truly cares about the well-being and happiness of those she assists. I always feel safe and completely without worry when my mother is in Heather’s care. She is reliable, observant, and genuinely kind. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
