Heather did an amazing job helping me with home chores. Very professional and punctual as long as she showed up. She picked up quickly and did amazing at all chores. One of the best helpers I ever had. And then she went on leave for 2 weeks but did not turn up again. She did not show up. No call, no response, no message or 2 week notice. I was left in limbo if she is going to turn up or I should move on and find another helper. Its such a shame because she deserves 5+ stars for her work.
