About Heather

She worked for us for three weeks. On her last Friday she left the kids' car seats claiming to clean her car. On Monday we were waiting for her to leave the kids with, she never showed up nor answered the calls or texts. She was happy to take kids out to the park. That probably is the only thing she wanted to do. When it comes to staying indoor, kids mostly watched TV. She repeatedly ignored our requests even if I wrote them down. One of the requests is to read to our 4 year old. For the sake of doing that she would read the books as fast as she could, so child understand nothing. We thought we would give her little more time before she could get comfortable with routines. Also we didn't want to have our kids to go through too many changes. But she never improved. We were as flexible as possible to accommodate her needs. She showed up 10 minutes before her interview, never on time again. I found her to be one stubborn and selfish person.
