About Heather

I truly love being with children, teaching them, playing with them, and in general caring for all ages! I have years of experience with infants, toddlers and preschool age, but I have taught first and fourth grades and have my Bachelor's Degree in Middle Grades Education. Some things I really enjoy doing with children include being outside, mini lessons through play and life experiences, reading, cooking, playing games and in general staying away from electronics! I love being outdoors, so exploring, swimming, walking and bike riding are all great. Although I have never played sports much, I do enjoy them for leisure. My hope is to inspire children to dream big, work hard for their goals, and become people their parents will be proud of; both as children and adults!
