Heather is an amazing nanny! We hired Heather to be our full time nanny when we moved to the area Spring 22'. Heather cared for our daughter for 6 months, when our daughter was 14-20 months old. The only reason we placed our daughter in daycare was for the benefit of being around other children, which Heather had stressed from the start that she would always be supportive of and prepared for if we decided to make that decision in the future. Heather came to our home on time, prepared and ready to watch our daughter for 7 hours, 4 days a week. I never once was left without childcare while we worked together. Our daughter was shown love and guidance. She was taught sign language, the alphabet and numbers. Heather had even started potty training her! I describe our time with Heather as having a one-on-one child care professional/teacher where I am 100% certain that our daughter became a better communicator which helped her be a happier, more confident child.
