About Heather

Hello, I'm Heather. I'm a full time artist, mother of three and animal enthusiast. I studied graphic design as well as communication studies in college, but my real passion is caring for others. I spent most of my preteen/teenage years carrying for my cousins and picking up babysitting and dog sitting jobs for my neighbors. At age 14, I became a big sister for the first time and for 5 years, I helped raise her. I proceeded to nanny for about 3 years, right out of high school for a family who followed Montessori principles. Because my cousin has Schizophrenia and my sister is autistic, II am familiar with special needs. I see myself as being a very patient and down to earth individual when it comes to caring for children. I took the CPR course about a year ago, so it is still valid. And I intend to renew it every 2 years. What questions do you have for me?
