About Heather

I have worked with children for three years; I started out working with large groups as a program leader at the Boys and Girls Club and Madison School and Community Recreation, and then worked as a nanny for two years. During my time as a nanny, I worked for two families of doctors, and I nannied for boys and girls, one set of twins, and children ages 3-15. Throughout this time, I gained the following experience: - Planning and implementing fun and educational activities - Tutoring, helping with homework, helping with piano and violin lessons - Organizing and coordinating busy schedules within a family - Preparing healthy snacks and meals for the family - Taking inventory of household supplies/groceries and running errands - Light cleaning and organizing - Providing care for pets (a puppy and a sick, elderly dog) - School/activity drop-off/pick-up - International travel with the family (two weeks in France) - Nannying for 3 children at once
