My name is Heather, a 36-year-old compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) currently transitioning into becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). I have a strong passion for providing quality care to seniors and helping them maintain dignity, comfort, and independence in their daily lives. With hands-on experience in personal care, companionship, and health monitoring, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for every individual I serve. I believe that caregiving is more than a job--it's a calling that requires patience, empathy, and genuine connection. As I continue advancing my nursing career, my goal is to provide even greater support and advocacy for seniors and their families while delivering dependable, compassionate I am experienced in long term memory care, skilled nursing level 3, and subacute. I have experience in hoyer lift as well as sit to stand mechanical devices.
