About Heather

I am a dependable nurturing caregiver with over 10 years of childcare experience, most recently caring for an infant in Shreveport. I'm especially comfortable with babies and am skilled at keeping them on a consistent schedule, including feeding, bathing, diapering, and supporting healthy routines that help little ones thrive. I am also quite good friends with my niece and nephew who are 10 and 8 and have years of experience caring for children of all ages. I taught high school history for two years at a small Christian school and I'm happy to help with homework or provide tutoring. Families describe me as kind, patient, and attentive, and I truly love, creating a calm, safe environment for children to grow and feel secure. In my spare time I enjoy reading, walking in my neighborhood, hiking, and spending time in nature.
