Unfortunately, I have to echo the other review left for Heather (from 3 years ago). She's still very much unresponsive and unreliable. It makes no sense to go through the process with someone to have them be so flaky and not simply communicate what's going on or if things had changed. Her references were more communicative than her, which is a red flag and makes me wonder if they're just family given the way they reply. Overall, just unfortunate.
