I live on a small farm in Elgin. We have dwarf goats, chickens, a fluffy barn cat, and a very friendly dog. I also have a large above ground pool. I have a dedicated, 1st floor room for naps and the children's personal belongings. Fostering a child's growth and development has been my lifelong passion, and I am dedicated to making a positive impact on the families I support. With nearly 30 years of experience, I provide reliable, patient, and creative care for children ranging from infants to pre-teens. I hold a BA in child psychology, and I have CPR Training and First Aid Training. I am very comfortable enforcing your rules and enjoy engaging children through outdoor sports, puzzles, and educational games. I prioritize clear communication by following your preferred method, whether through daily reports or verbal updates at pickup. My goal is to create a nurturing, imaginative environment in my home where your children feel safe and inspired to learn every single day.
